About the Author

Elizabeth Bird is a Kansas City born fantasy author. She began writing at thirteen, but admittedly didn’t get good at it until her late twenties. Her love of stories grew with the arrival of her two daughters, which she blames on her darling husband. She has collected a host of skills like teaching and acting to make story time awesome for her kids. She is proud to say that after over 20 years in the making, The Azure Crown is her debut novel.
